By following my massage aftercare advice you’ll gain maximum benefit from your treatment.
1) Increase the amount of water you drink for the few days after the treatment. Aim to drink about 2 litres of water if possible.
2) Reduce your caffeine intake (coffee, tea, )
3) Avoid alcohol
4) Try to cut down on smoking
5) Make time to rest and relax
6) Try not to eat a heavy meal too soon after treatment
7) Above all, avoid strenuous exercise, and try and relax as much as much as possible for the day!
